玻璃畫
Gemmaux, derived from the French word “Gemmail”, and literally translated as “enamel gem”, is an art form that originated in the 1930s. Coined by French artist Jean Crotti, the technique involves layering coloured glass pieces that are held together by a clear adhesive substance. The assembled glass is then heated in an oven, resulting in an intricate composition that is meant to be viewed with illumination from behind.
